Team Haynes Foundation was founded by Ronnie and Naquita Haynes in 2020. Combined they served over 50 years in the United States Army honorably. They identified gaps in youth's understanding of education options post high school, credit, and investing. Ronnie and Naquita saw a need to empower youth with knowledge early on to maximize opportunities. The Goal: Better understanding for greater results.

About Us
Founder/President/Director, Ronnie Haynes
Ronnie (Ron) founded Team Haynes Foundation a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 2020. Originally from Waynesboro, Georgia, he is a graduate of Burke County Comprehensive High School, Class of 1990 alumnus. Ronnie served over 30 years in the United States Army honorably. He and his wife, Naquita reside in Martinez, Georgia with their two daughters. They also have a son who lives in Atlanta, Georgia.

Naquita co-founded Team Haynes Foundation a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 2020. Originally from Lincolnton, Georgia, she is a graduate of Lincoln County High School, Class of 1997 alumna. Naquita served over 20 years in the United States Army honorably. She and her husband, Ronnie reside in Martinez, Georgia with their two daughters. They also have a son who lives in Atlanta, Georgia.

Board of Directors, Charlotte C. Hartfield
Charlotte serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Team Haynes Foundation, Inc a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Originally from Lincolnton, Georgia, she is a graduate of Lincoln County High School Class of 1993 alumna. Charlotte served on the Chamber of Commerce for two years. She is the owner of New Era Hair Salon and serves as a Master Cosmetologist. Charlotte and her husband, Reginald reside in Lincolnton, Georgia with their daughter. Their son and grandson live in Washington, Georgia.

Director/Treasurer, Sharon N. Turman
Sharon serves as the treasurer for Team Haynes Foundation a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Originally from Thomson, Georgia, she is a graduate of Thomson High School, Class of 1988. She is a skilled and enthusiastic professional with 20 years of combined experience in school leadership, curriculum planning, student-relations, and teaching. With 15 years of accounting and budgeting planning experience, Sharon's background and passion for education positions her to significantly impact the lives of youths. Sharon and her husband, Eddie reside in Grovetown, Georgia. They love growing in faith and spending time with their four children and grandchildren.
